Skinni Italian Chicken

Skinni Italian Chicken

 
If you haven’t noticed, I love chicken! This is an easy chicken dinner with hardly any prep or clean-up! The result is a tasty tender chicken dinner!

Ingredients
1.       1 pound of thin cut chicken breasts (I love Purdue thin cuts)
2.       ½ cup of fat free Italian dressing
3.       Salt and Pepper to taste
4.       Italian Seasoning (if you are feeling fancy)

Directions
1.       Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.       Line your baking dish with foil.
3.       Add your chicken, make sure that it is one layer of chicken (I have tried with multiple layers and the chicken will take much longer to cook).
4.       Add the Italian dressing and any seasoning that you wish.
5.       Cook the chicken for 45 minutes.
6.       Enjoy this flavorsome chicken! (I told you it was easy)
