Skinni Italian Veggies
I love to add tons of veggies to all of my meals! According
to the food pyramid, you are supposed to eat between 3-5 servings of vegetables
per day, so this is an easy dish that will go great with lots of meals
(especially Skinni Italian Chicken)!
Ingredients
1.
2 Onions (Red, White, or Yellow-whichever is on
sale)
2.
2 Green Peppers (another color will work just as
fine, Green is usually the best price)
3.
2-3 Roma tomatoes
4.
½ cup Fat Free Italian Dressing
5.
Salt and Pepper to taste
6.
Italian Seasoning to taste
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350.
2.
Wash and cut all of your vegetables.
3.
Place all of your veggies into the pan lined
with foil and pre-sprayed with non-stick spray.
4.
Add the Italian Dressing and any seasoning that
you choose.
5.
Bake the veggies for 45 minutes.
6.
Enjoy your veggies! Go ahead and get a second
helping!
**Another way to save time would be to buy the pre-cut vegetables in the grocery store.
