Exciting Crinkle Cut Carrots


What is more fun than a little crinkle in your carrots? I cook these crinkle carrots almost every week! These carrots make a great side dish to almost any main dish you cook in the kitchen (chicken, beef, pork, or fish). Easy to prepare, cook, and clean make these carrots a staple in my kitchen, and should in your kitchen as well. Get Excited!

Ingredients
1.       2 bags of frozen crinkle cut carrots
2.       Spray Olive Oil- I have a Misto olive oil sprayer
3.       Pepper
4.       Sea Salt
5.       Fennel Seed

Directions
1.       Pre-heat the oven to 400.
2.       Line pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
3.       Spread 2 bags of frozen crinkle cut carrots on pan.
4.       Spray carrots with olive oil.
5.       Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, fennel seed.
6.       Cook for 35 minutes. At about 20 minutes you might want to turn the pan around and mix the carrots.
7.       Enjoy these crowd pleasing carrots!


*I always cook 2 bags, because the carrots make great leftovers when heated in microwave.
*The fennel seeds take this side from a fun basic dish to the next exciting level!
