When it is hot outside and I need an indulgence, I want Ice Cream! My go to ice cream is Arctic Zero. It’s a tasty, low cal ice cream that always hits the spot. It comes in a variety of flavors including chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and peanut butter chocolate (those are the ones that I have tried and liked, but there are others). Chocolate is my usual, of course. But if I’m feeling like changing it up, then I might add sliced strawberries to the strawberry ice cream, or sprinkles to the vanilla (because sprinkles make anything more fun)! This ice cream has only 37 calories per serving, and is low carb and 0 grams of fat. So if you are like me and want to eat the entire pint of ice cream, go ahead, it’s only 150 calories for the entire pint!!!!!!
