Skinni Peanut Butter (PB2) and Chocolate Crunch Cookies

These easy no bake cookies are packed with flavor and crunch!

Ingredients
1.       2 tablespoons PB2 peanut butter (powder)
2.       1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3.       1 tablespoon Splenda
4.       ¼  teaspoon vanilla
5.       1 tablespoons skim milk
6.       ¼ cup Fiber One Cereal

Directions
1.       Mix the dry ingredients (peanut butter, cocoa powder, and Splenda).
2.       Add in the vanilla and milk to create the peanut butter and chocolate mixture.
3.       Mix in the Fiber One Cereal.
4.       Using a tablespoon sized scoop, form cookies into little balls and place on plate. This recipe will make about 4 cookies. According to my math, these cookies are about 22 calories each (85 for the entire recipe).
5.       Place in the refrigerator to help the cookies set.
6.       Enjoy these Crunchers and store any extra in an air tight container! 

*These cookies are crunchiest when you first make them. If you wait until the next day, the cereal tends to get soggy.
