Skinni Gameday Chicken Dip

Skinni Gameday Chicken Dip

This Chicken dip is a Gameday favorite! I make this dip practically every Saturday during the fall. All the boys love it (I just leave out the fact that it is good for them)! It must be good, because my husband will request it even when football isn’t on.

Ingredients
1.       2 10-ounce cans of chicken in water (98% fat free)
2.       1 packet of ranch dressing mix
3.       ½ cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce
4.       ½ cup of Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
5.       ¼ cup of Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt- I like Fage
6.       ¼ cup of Fat Free Sour Cream
7.       1 tub of 8 ounce Fat Free Cream Cheese

Directions
1.       Drain, rinse, and shred the chicken.
2.       Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. I find it easier by just using my hands.
3.       Place the chicken dip mixture in an 8x8 glass baking dish sprayed with a non-stick spray.
4.       Cook the dip for 2 ½ minutes on high in the microwave, and stir. Cook the dip for another 2 ½ minutes on high.
5.       Serve and Enjoy!

*I prefer to dip veggies in the chicken dip. I usually use carrots and broccoli, but peppers and celery taste great too!
**Most of the boys like chips, so I always have baked tortilla chips on hand!
